Waterloo Bathrooms promises that we will never be beaten on price by a competitor for any like for like product.

What This Means:

If you have a written quotation from any retail competitor, with identical products and a similar quantity that is cheaper than our quotation, then we promise to beat that price.

This means that not only will you get our renowned excellent customer service before, during and after your purchase, you will also get your order at the best possible price. 

Terms of our Price Promise:

A written quotation from a Republic of Ireland competitor must be provided. It must show the name of the competitor, the description of each product, the unit pricing for each item, the discount structure and any delivery charges. 

• The items must be identical in brand, size and specification in order to qualify.

• The delivery terms must be the same. The delivery charges must match our own and the timescale for delivery of the products must be similar.

• Beating a competitor’s promotional prices is at our discretion and we will not offer to beat prices on ex-display or 2nd grade items.

• The margin by which we beat our competitors pricing is at our own discretion. 

• The Price Promise can only be applied prior to your purchase with us.

• We will offer to beat an “online only” competitor’s quotation at our own discretion.
